Portland, OR to Olympia, WA
I am so excited about today…I so hope the weather is good.
We will be having our annual sinful breakfast at Pine State Biscuits (as seen on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives), then heading to Edelweiss Deli, which was also featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, to pick up some ‘bits’ for our picnic lunch.
Then, fingers-crossed, we will be heading north to Castle Rock. There we will head east to Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument where we will have a delightful picnic at Coldwater Lake or Johnston Ridge Observatory.
We will then head back to I-5 and head north to Olympia, WA; our stop for the night. Dinner will be at Darby’s Cafe, as seen on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.
